Custom Design Quotes

Hidden Obstructions: Absolute AV assumes no liability for unexpected delays or costs arising from hidden structural obstructions, such as unmapped plumbing or electrical wiring behind walls, that you did not disclose in architectural blueprints.
4. Manufacturer Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Crucially, Absolute AV acts as an authorized dealer and certified installer for premium third-party audio and visual hardware.
Hardware Warranties
As a result, the respective equipment manufacturers (e.g., projector, amplifier, or speaker brands) provide the hardware warranties directly to you. Absolute AV fully honors these warranties; however, we do not independently guarantee third-party hardware performance beyond the manufacturer’s specified scope.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolute AV will not hold liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, software updates issued by hardware manufacturers, or minor network interruptions that affect smart home or gaming connectivity. Our maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific system or service in question.

Generally speaking, approved technology blogs, architects, interior designers, and home-building organizations may link to our homepage or portfolio galleries, provided that they do not use misleading or deceptive links.
